What we veneer
We veneer furniture fronts, carcass and wall panels, worktops, door blanks and other interior parts. Veneer is pressed in a hot press with a working area of 3000 × 1300 mm.
As substrates we use MDF and particleboard (standard, moisture-resistant and fire-retardant), MPP and plywood, so veneered parts also suit humid rooms and spaces with stricter fire requirements.
Veneer
We work with natural veneer – oak, ash, walnut, wenge and other species – and with reconstituted veneer, which is real wood with a consistent grain and colour. Natural veneer thickness: 0.6, 1, 1.5 and 2.5 mm.
Our veneer comes from Vegtomas, the exclusive representative of Italian ALPI veneer in Lithuania since 2002. We can also press veneer you supply.
Veneer matching
How the leaves are laid out defines the final look of the surface. We splice leaves into faces to your dimensions and choose the matching method: book, slip, controlled random or mismatching.
You will find examples of matching methods on the home page.
Finishing and machining
We can fully finish veneered parts: veneer (0.5–2.5 mm) or ABS edge banding, straight and curved, CNC milling and drilling, sanding and matt (from 5%) or semi-matt (20–30%) lacquer, oil or stain. Curved parts are made by vacuum pressing.
